As stated in your Journal #5, if you were to PLAN, IMPLEMENT and MAINTAIN a PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM that supports, Health-Related Fitness Components, which are:  cardiovascular fitness, strength fitness and flexibility fitness, specifically what would the long term benefits be.
