Task

As an individual assignment, you will need to pick-up a company of your choice that:

  • ·  Is listed in the Fortune 500 ranking ( https://fortune.com/fortune500/2020/search )
  • ·  And that you would like to work for.
  • ·  Choosing a specific Business Unit if the Corporation has several of them.

You will develop and submit an audit report reviewing the basic Strategic steps the company has followed from inception to present: The original idea, the Mission, Vision and Values of the company, the specific Market segments it is targeting, the Business opportunity for growth, its Competitor’ and Environmental analysis and a summarizing SWOT analysis.
You will need to:

    • ·  Apply and highlight the concepts and theories learned in the course
    • ·  Identify areas of improvement you may find whilst auditing the company
