Case study must contain:

 details of the case,

 summary of each side’s argument during the case, and

 summary of the ruling in the case.

Which party in the case had the best legal argument? Why? What were the pros and cons of each side’s argument?

All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations. Any references or citations used should be in APA style.
