Decide on a topic….find cases related to the topic….pick a case after researching…..Write a summary of the case relating to your chosen topic. Do not procrastinate on this term project.

- Term Project April 24 – May 5
- Term Project: Research an aviation case (Commercial or General Aviation) related to the following subject matters:
- Accident Investigation ****
- Aviation Security****
- Property Laws for Aircraft Owners and Airport Operators
- The Government (Airports) as Landlord
- Tort Liability and Air Commerce
- Labor Relations
- Airmen****
- Air Carrier (more over in Accident Investigation unless it is dealing with Labor relations)
- Do not do the term project yet!! I only need the topic of my case and a summary to send it to my professor. But I will repost the term project later that is due April 24.
- Please do not find the topic in google or wikipedia!!
