Read the Skywalker fact pattern and the four cases in the Skywalker v. Vader folder.  Answer the following questions:  

1. Does Skywalker have a case against Vader’s estate for the light saber, yes or no?  Come to a preliminary conclusion.

2. Identify which cases you will use to write your memo to support your conclusion.  You must use at least two, but may use more.
