Instructions

For Part 1, submit a written paper (2-3 pages in length) below explaining the following aspects of the group process:

• Patterns of communication and coordination
• Patterns of influence
• Roles / relationships
• Patterns of dominance (e.g. who leads, who defers)
• Balance of task focus vs. social focus
• Level of group effectiveness
• How conflict is handled

Required Format and Grading Information: 

• Format using double spacing, 12-point, Times New Roman font, and 1-inch margins.
• Indent new paragraphs using a half inch; do not insert an additional double space between paragraphs.
• if you use any outside references, cite those references on a separate page.  The title page and reference page does not count as part of the 2 – 3 pages.  Points will be deducted for shorter papers and papers that are turned in late.
