Draft a contract clause regarding one of the following topics and include the clause the team writes in the body of the paper or as an appendix:

• Dispute Resolution Clause  (the team chose this  part)

Write a paper of 700- to 1,050-words in which you do the following: 

• Explain any legal issues regarding your selected clause. 
• Explain how your contract clause can be applied in a business managerial setting for either a personal, real, or IP dispute or an IP property clause regarding either owner of IP or trade secrets. 
• Explain, if the contract is breached, what might be the best possible remedies and why.
