Draft policies addressing sexual harassment and nondiscrimination based on sex and religion. Draft a policy for implementation of FMLA leave requests. As in other weeks, use the Internet, books, and other sources for research, but draft your own policies.

On a separate page, cite all sources according to Bluebook format.

Revise the policies based on the facilitator’s feedback. You will need to submit the revised policies as a part of the final employee handbook in Week 5.
