Medical DISCUSSION BOARD

As you now know, the role of the MDI is to be the eyes and ears of the ME/C, so the ME/C can determine cause and manner of death.

What information, reports, and documents must the MDI gather (other than the investigative reports you produce) to aid in that final determination of cause and manner of death?

How will these records or information help determine cause and manner of death? Are gathering all of these records necessary in every case? Why or why not?

Be sure to support your opinions with credible research and to cite and reference your sources in APA style. Remember, writing mechanics count in every post you make.
