Need a one page Facebook Analysis

Answer the questions in the directions thanks.

Need a “one page” description of the current controversy with Facebook and whether it affected the election.  Check newspapers for current controversy regarding Mark Zuckerberg who says Facebook cooperated with the Russians.  

Also please include whether you think the government should order Facebook to turn over its records and should prohibit Facebook from publishing certain things. 

Is there a First Amendment issue here?
