Students will research the Michigan Coalition on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) and explain the purpose of MCOLES and the standards they impose on law enforcement candidates(written, physical, and academy requirements)The student will type 4 page paper APA style that identifies a brief history, the requirements and the role of MCOLES in the police academy and advanced police training.
