Re-entry, Supervision, Three-Strikes, and the Death Penalty

For this Assignment you will create a 10–12 slide PowerPoint presentation using a minimum of three references. As part of this Assignment, be sure to utilize ONLY ACADEMIC SOURCES: Use Google Scholar, JSTOR, textbooks, and/or .gov websites to keep the true academic sources in your papers. Note the 10–12 slide requirements does not include the cover and reference slides. This assignment must also have speaker notes. There are four components to this Assignment that must be addressed:

Part 1: Describe some of the issues and obstacles offenders will face upon re-entry.

Part 2: Explain what community supervision represents to you and why this is a critical component to corrections.

Part 3: Identify and explain some of the legal issues and concerns with the use of three strikes legislation.

Part 4: Discuss and explain the death penalty. Include in your comments if you support the death penalty, opposed to use of the death penalty, or undecided.
