Intergenerational Transmission Theory is frequently used to explain family violence. Abusive behavior is handed down from generation to generation as an appropriate way to deal with conflict. It does not suggest that battering tendencies are inherited, rather, they are experienced. Do you agree with this theory? Support your belief. 70 – 80 words
