I haven’t come up with an outline yet except these elements :

Definiation , how to protect trade mark internatioally, comparing between trade mark regulations in The kingdom of Saudi Arabia and The US and internationally.As you have an expertise in researching in several areas could you please add  what you see it is relavant to the title. 

instructions :

my paper should be a minimum of 25 pages.

 Please use Microsoft Word

 Please use 12 point

Times New Roman as your font for all type in your text

(8 point for footnotes).

 Please double space pages with 1inch

margins.

 Indent the first line of each paragraph using a tab, not the space bar.

 Please do not insert an extra line of space between each paragraph.

 Footnotes should be in “Blue Book“ format and do not count toward your

overall word count.
