Submit a Final Essay of 2,000 words (about 4 pages, single-spaced, 12 font).  For the Final Essay, based on the critical examination, analysis and discussion of various types and cases of white collar crime throughout the course, select two (2) different types of white collar crime which you consider to be among the most serious and harmful.  Using actual case examples of each of the two types of white collar. While addressing white collar crime to illustrate and substantiate your points: 

(a) compare and contrast the causes and consequences of each;

(b) recommend specific policies to attempt to prevent and reduce each type of white collar crime;

(c) explain specifically why you recommend these policies and how they could or would prevent and/or reduce these types of crimes; and

(d) analytically explain how you would contend with the power and influence of those potentially subjected to your policies to ensure that your policies are institutionalized and enforced.
