Faragher V. City of Boca Raton LEGAL CASE

1. Re-read the case, “Faragher v. City of Boca Raton.” This is the sexual harassment case against the lifeguards.  

2. Outline the case, using the standard legal outline headings. (“Sample Outline for Legal Cases” has been attached as a word document.)  

3. After your outline, write a paragraph answer to the question: “What should the employer have done about the harassing actions of Silverman and Terry?”

Must be Extreamly detailed.
