- First, explain Article 3 of the U.S. Constitution and its importance in the jury system.
- In your role, how will you prepare for trial? What pre-trial activities will you need to take part in?
- What steps would you need to take during the jury selection process to ensure that the members of the jury will be fair to your case?
- Outline the key points you might use to convince the jury in your opening statements.
- Select two verdict options and explain how each option could occur.
- In your paper, correctly cite the article you selected in correct APA format.
- When you’ve completed your assignment, save a copy for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor using the Dropbox by the end of the workshop.
